Pair a device (connect a screen)
Pairing links a physical BDigital screen to your account. You'll need the device powered on, connected to the internet and showing its pairing code.
- Power on your BDigital device and connect it to the internet. Keep its on-screen Device Code visible.
- In BDigital, open Devices and choose Create Device.
- Enter a name for the screen and type the Device Code exactly as it appears on the display.
- Choose the Location the screen belongs to and pick Landscape or Portrait to match how it is mounted.
- Tick Legacy Device only if the device says “legacy” in the bottom-right corner of its screen.
The pairing form gathers the code, location and screen orientation. - Select Create Device. The screen appears in your device list, where you can filter by Connected / Disconnected and Playing / Not playing.
No location yet? Create a location first — every device needs one.
After pairing
A paired device shows nothing until you send it a schedule. Build a playlist, add it to a schedule, then push it to the device.
