Save, reopen and organise designs
Save often, and keep the library tidy so the right design is easy to find when you're building playlists.
Save and reopen
Choose Save template at the top-right of the designer. Saving takes you back to the Designs library. To carry on editing later, select the design's preview and choose Open Designer.
Saving a design is separate from adding it to a playlist and pushing content to devices — a saved design won't appear on a screen until you do both.
Organise the library
Use the library's search box and format filters to find designs quickly. Create Folder and Manage Folders let you group designs — by site, campaign or season — and you can drag designs onto folders.
Name designs for the screen they're for. “Reception — Landscape — Autumn offers” is far easier to pick out of a playlist media picker than “Design 3”.
